A customer asked me if I sold a certain item and I sent them the item ID number
They put it in search to find my product and bought
But................the item came up as sold via promotions
I did this myself and the item only comes up as a sponsored item, hence I get charged
I scrolled further down to see if it was listed normally and it wasnt
Surely this is not on with Ebay? any direct searches by ID Number is not a promotion but sold as been a promoted item
