blue boy / blue girl, Dresden?

any help is appreciated in identifying these, both are marked germany and then the mold number. blue boy's mold number is 20304

Not from the town of Dresden. they do not bear the marks of any of the Dresden decorating studios. I wouldn't even call them Dresden style. Remember, there were no porcelain makers in Dresden, only decorating studios.

Interesting, I did not know that. I've seen post victorian pieces with a "Dresden" stamp on the bottom.
I am guessing these pieces date to about 1910-1930?
