Red Ware Pottery Sugar Bowl

I was wondering if anyone recognizes this colourful sugar bowl - red clay with no markings except the number 1900. I've seen some similar styles from Gerz but haven't been able to ID this. It's 3" H without the lid. Thanks for looking!
