Looks like an Iris to me.

I think it’s a fantasy flower.  It’s doesn’t look like any recognizable flower.

Kind of an iris but the leaves are all wrong for one. Just a made-up flower. Describe as "floral".

My first thought was a hibiscus. Tropical and the leaves are somewhat similar. Grown in tropical areas of the world. FYI, Texas too.

Orchids have long, wide, thick straps instead of the leaves on the cup.
