need help ID-ing pottery vase

I am not sure what type of pottery this is, but it is much more amazing in person - has an almost burnished coppery crackled finish to it. I could not get a good pic of the signature due to the white goo someone put over it. It stands about 12" tall....

1960-70 glasses gold leaves

Hi, I have these glasses that are not like any I can find on ebay. They have the gold leaves, but there is white ones going across, and downward all over these glasses. They are not frosted. Any clues? THANKS
