encased tall thick heavy teal glass vase, my first impression was Blenco but i can not find another vase like this anywhere. so i am stumped.

i did not find this pattern with Mikasa but is it a Mikasa? if not do you know?

does anyone know what kind of crystal this is?? there is a pair of them. they r 9" tall by 6" wide. the tops are stoppers.
