Can anyone identify this basket? Research tells me it's like a Heisey Picket in many ways, but I can't find the floral pattern. There's no mark. I acquired it in the 70s or 80s at an estate sale. Many thanks!

I have searched and searched and cannot find this pattern anywhere. Blue color looks like some Monmouth pieces. Bottom mark 165 and USA. Will so very much appreciate some help. Tom
