Trying to identify the maker of this plate. Translate picks up Banquet in Japanese and something else in Chinese but only one of the characters and I am not sure of the original language.
I'm not even sure if I have it the right side up LOL
Would love to know if anybody recognizes this plate or the back stamp. Thanks in advance for the help
