Pottery Umbrella Stand, New or Old? Any Ideas?

Hi All,

Hoping someone might be able to help identify this beauty.  Stands 19" tall, very heavy.

I cannot figure if it is old or a newer garden type product?  Any help appreciated!

Looks old to me, but I am not able to identify the maker. I'd start looking with the Ohio makers, but that is the best I can do. It should  clean up nicely. Nice find!

Thank you!  The dark brown little clumps had me confused.  I have some old

McCoy and Weller Jardinieres and none of them have this crusty brown (I don't think!).

I did the google picture and this pattern did not show up at all.  I'll start looking at more Ohio

makers.

I would also look at Robinson-Ransbottom.
