Old Glassware with Applied Silver with P. R. C on Bottom

Hi all, Happy New Year.  I have google, ebay and everything in-between searched for this glass.

5 1/2 inches, P.R. C on the bottom. The glass inside is smooth so I am assuming this is applied silver.

Anyone have a idea and would share? Kind regards -Mary

That's my best guess as well. I just can't imagine not having any history on the glassware...it's weird!
