Hello! I'm trying to identify a piece of pottery. I am not a collector. It was given to me by my mother. She purchased it at a flea market in Miami, FL.
Specifications:
* Height: 7"
* Diameter/Width of top: 7.25"
* Diameter/Width of bottom: approximately 5 1/4"
* Color: Mustard Yellow?
* Distinctly marked USA
* Having trouble identifying the signature or mark
Please see the attached picture. I would really appreciate anyone's help! Trying to sell a few things to pay for my next PhD semester. Thank you!

It's missing a lid, and the same pattern as this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/354711923611?hash=item52967a6b9b:g:df0AAOSwluxkNX30&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAA4C...
All I can say then is that it was made in California.
