This is similar to some stoneware designs from Poland, but I didn't find an exact match. Also similar to Pfaltzgraff Blueberry, but again, not an exact match.

 

I think you meant colander, which means a strainer, though. Coriander is a spice.

 

It's possible that there was a bowl that went with it, to catch the liquid that was being strained off. If you can find that, there might be a maker's mark on it.

I think this may be a  hand made, studio pottery piece, since the handles are not exactly the same size, and it looks like the holes were pierced by hand. So it may not be possible to identify the artist/maker.
