Help with identification of ceramic jug?

Arabia Finland is what it says on the bottom I'd like to know who made it and when it was made and is it even a jug? A pitcher? What would this be called? Thank you guys so much.

The pattern is Saara, hard to figure out because most pieces have no flowers.
