Not EAPG but Elegant Glass. Fostoria's American pattern.

Fostoria, American Pattern.  I don't believe any of the other companies that made cube designs made this shape. This pattern was made by Fostoria from 1915 through 1982 or there abouts, when they went out of business, so it may or may not have been made during the EAPG era.

Fostoria made a large number of shapes in this pattern, size will help determine what the called this particular piece

At 3.75" it is more a spoon holder than a celery.

Not Fostoria American.

I hope nobody minds, but I did a comparason using the OP's image along with a Fostoria Americsan image. The Op's item is just a diamond design, not blocks like Fostorias's American.

you are correct Mike; this is not Fostoria 'Ameircan'. It is a honeycomb pattern more similar to "Vernon Honeycomb' but doesn't seem to match that either. Also FYI for others; Fostoria 'American' is EAPG..

looks like a spill vase in the Smocking pattern by Boston and Sandwich. There were two forms of spill vase in the pattern, one footed and one without a foot.

I believe it is the smocking pattern and it is a spooner
