I need help, I can't list anything.

I can't get past getting Error on Page or Done with Error on page. This happens on all Ebay pages. This is at the bottom of the page with an exlamation point. When I click on this Microsoft Internet Explorer comes back with this information.......line 16, Char 1, Error - Ebay is undefined, code 0 and the URL address of the page currently on internet. Can anyone help me what to do? When I try to list I do not get the picture boxes, other info can still be filled in but I cannot complete listing.

Well I knew if I wrote Ebay, posted a question here, and on the Answer section of the Communications Section of Ebay it would suddenly start working. But I did hear back quite quickly from Ebay (several hours) only there answer didn't seem to match my question. Oh well, I am happy for the moment. Judy

Hi Judy Have you got it sorted out? Soundls like an ebay glitch to me. I couldn't close NPB disputes yesterday either - and got the same Done with error on page showing - seems to have sorted itself out now though! Best of luck sorry can't be more help, but technical stuff is a bit beyond me! Sara

Well it cleared itself up for only 12 hours, now the errors on page are back. At least I listed a few items. At least I could return an answer to ebays Customer Support so hope to hear from them. Its too nice outside so will go sit with the cat. We are going to the Antique Tractor Farm Show in Tulare Calif. this weekend which has a great flea market, old tractor manuals and I wonder if they sell. Lots of paper items and maybe a few postcards. Judy

I wonder if my IPS or Microsoft Internet Exployer would answer questions better. I did get 2 responses from the Answer Board of Communication. No I am not on AOL, as that seems to have listing problems. But I was given suggestions on web pages about updating JavaScript and IE. At least it is somewhere to start. Judy
