with respect please help me in his issue. when ever  i update my account details in E bay . ebay send me this message (we couldn't verify this card please provide a different card). so please help me because i am a seller from Pakistan. and now ebay allow pakistani sellers to link their own Payoneer  instead of paypal. so in payoneer we update our own domestic bank detail. so i update my two different bank detail. but still the same message from ebay.  (we couldn't verify this card please provide a different card)

To sell, you have to sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account to be paid, not a card.

The problem occurs when listing an item. Ebay requires a credit or debit cards in case of refunds. I have a visa card which is recognized internationally but cant be verified on ebay. Any solutions ?

Go here to attach a method for seller fees. Make sure it is a card in your name issued  by a bank and not a pre-paid card. The name and address on your card must match your eBay name and address exactly.  If your card isn't accepted call your bank as your card might have to be pre-approved by your bank for foreign payments.

You need to attach a bank account to Payoneer and it needs to be the address that you reside at in Pakistan.   No cards or pre-paid cards.  Make sure all your info is identical on both your bank  account and your Ebay selling account.

UK sellers do not use Payoneer for payouts. They are in managed payments via checking accounts, just like in the U.S.A.  They  do need a UK business license, though.

The url I gave  for attaching a method for seller fees takes you to the same page had I entered  ebay.co.uk instead of ebay.com.

SORRY I had UK on the brain for some reason, Disregard. They definitely need to have a Payoneer account.

My mind has been messed up since I received a text from the dog groomer saying my dog was dying to come,,,,,,I screamed and lost my mind. It turned out I misread drying.  Yikes I have been a wreck ever since.  Lol seeing words that aren't  there.

in listing verification first I connect Payoneer account  second sync profile and 3rd step is to add your financial info ( on this step eBay send me the msg We couldn't verify this card. Please select a different payment method) plz help ASAP I am from Pakistan .
