I've formed a shop list of one seller (16 offers), however postage is calculated for each offer separately.

How do I get one postage for one package containing all 16 items?

Contact the seller before you purchase anything and ask if they will combine shipping. If they say yes give them the list of items you're interested in and ask for a shipping quote. If the quote they give you works for you ask them to create a listing with the items & quoted shipping cost, once they do that make your purchase from that listing.

You live in Montenegro. Does the seller ship there? IF they are in the Ebay International program and ebay ships to Montenegro, you need to write to the seller and tell him that you want 16 items and you would like COMBINED SHIPPING. The ONLY way that the seller can do this is if first, he CAN combine the 16 items into 1 package. Then he needs to add the prices of the 16 items and calculate the shipping weight to Glendale , Illinois, (the Ebay international center.) Then he needs to end of those listings and write a special ad containing the 16 items , the new shipping fee to Illinois. Then you buy it. But you will NOT know the shipping cost to Montenegro until the seller writes the ad. Frankly, I do not think that the seller would do this. It's alot of work and no guarantee that you will buy the items until you know the shipping cost to Montenegro.
