Some one hacked into my account and trying to buy 300 worth of phone card. I try to contact seller to ask to not to send the Item. they sent it anyways. how do i report this??? and get my money back???

Contact the phone number on the back of the gift card.

This is the reason to make your online purchases with a credit card. Contact your card issuer to cancel the card, and dispute the transactions.
Change your Ebay password to prevent further transactions.
