I agree. It takes too long to process the payments. I don't want to ship items that are still being "processed." Also, it takes too long to send the money to my bank. PayPal was so much better. You get the money in your account within minutes and can pretty much ship immediately. Now, you have to wait days to complete transactions. I ho[e eBay reads everyone's complaints and fixes this **bleep** new payment system.

I stopped selling because of it but every now and then I’ll have a hot item and list it. I don’t even care about my rating anymore i don’t ship my item until i get my money. They can leave a bad review if they want blame eBay.

I agree still no money and like everyone else I paid for the shipping upfront and it looks like the fees are higher so basically now I am losing money selling on Ebay.  I think I need to find a new place to sell my items.

These sellers have very legitimate concerns. If you don’t have a real answer, why reply at all?  You’re just showing how ignorant you.

Totally agree. With PayPal I could have the payment in my "bank account" 1 minute after buyer paid. With ebay it takes a few days! I wonder what they do with all that cash!!!

Also, I'm no longer able to use Royal Mail for obtaining postage labels. It took me 10 minutes to use Royal Mails website to create one.  That is really not justifiable for sending a £2 item abroad.

Regret switching. Really considering leaving ebay now.

No kidding, if someone pays on wednesday or thursday I don't get that until next tuesday or wednesday. Ebay gets it immediately when the transaction is approved, so why isn't it forwarded. This is online business, sellers can't go 4-5 days without money coming in. Ridiculous!

This was no accident, or greedy ceo's board just plain doing something stupid...Anyone sane would ask: Why the F should we be going IN REVERSE, which is what Ebay did here ON PURPOSE. Plain and simple.

This is planned to a T. The elimination of middle class and smaller sellers is part of it. Among other things.

And as one member here put:

They (Walmarts,amazon etc) don't want you making or saving money on used items.

The new payment system is so backwards, it had to have been made bad on purpose. Just read their list of how this benefits you, the seller... How waiting days to get paid is wonderful for you! Its actually insulting. You just stepped in dog**bleep**, but GOOD NEWS!  We have a stick we can sell you to clean it off.

Its a complete and total joke. It actually HARMS you(s), the seller(s) And they word salad it to sound like the best thing ever. Just like our government. See a connection? lol.

Not to worry! They WILL offer a solution to this problem: problem, reaction, solution.

Ohh I would absolutely love too, 10 years ago in fact.  But since they suppress, buy and/or kill every new site that pops up as a potental rival, this is not really possible, now is it.

There are lots of sites out there that have been around for YEARS.  The problem you will likely run into is that the larger sites similar to Ebay ALL have their own money processing programs and have had for years.  And while you may not like Ebay's [the last big site to implement MP], there are worse sites.

Some sites require that you ship the item, the buyer receives it and then the buyer has to approve it before the site will release your money.  

Just be careful and make sure you do your homework.
