There's nothing to fix. This is the way it is. Adapt as best you can, or move on. My payouts take 2-1/2 to 4 days. Never waited a week. Not even close.

Ebay says I've been paid but I dont see the money in my bank account or paypal?  How long does it take?  I also have an item in my "awaiting shipment" section that I didnt even know I sold?  **bleep**?!  No wonder you cant get them on the phone today.

eBay now has Hedge Fund managers on the Board of Directors. Pierre O, the founder of eBay, left the Board a few months ago.

This new payment system allows eBay to show  with "smoke & mirrors" they have large amounts of cash on hand, making it more desirable to sell the eBay Corporation. Maybe a new owner will be better, lol, but I doubt it. There will probably will be more changes to become "eBamazon".

Buyer pays on a Thursday, soonest you will have your money is the following Wednesday, so eBay has those funds on their books, multiplied by millions of sellers.

If you like "managed payments", your gonna love "managed deliveries", coming soon!

I TOO AM HAVING TROUBLE SINCE THE SPLIT FROM PAYPAL.  EBAY JUST CHARGED MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR $16.22 FOR A SHIPPING CONTRACT???REALLY,  WHAT IS THAT ABOOUT.  I TRIED TO CALL OR CONTACT EBAY BUT THE WAIT TIME, FOR A CALL BACK, IS 176 MINUTES.    ARE THEY LOSING THEIR MINDS.

It looks like you may have been switched over to managed payments recently? I’m not sure what you are referring to of shipping “contact” 

Have you set up managed payments and they took the shipping out of PayPal? That can be changed on your shipping label.

Anybody else going to stop selling on ebay?  They are keeping our money for several days to gain interest at our cost. I got my bank information verified but every time I log back in I'm told I need to log into my bank account from within my ebay account but I'm not finding that possible.  

I don't even trust ebay anymore.  I'm thinking of deleting one listing per day but I don't currently have that many. But I feel like I'm getting screwed over on the items sold.  Do you ever really get your money? Why is the fee more than it used to be? What is the fee now besides the .35 cents or whatever?

I get the message that their help line is no longer in service and that I have to go online for help. What is the number you dialed? We will all need to wait on hold for 13 hours +++.

This is ridiculous. Did China buy ebay? Or Zuckerburg to pay attorney fees? Or Bill Gates?

After close to 20 years being a E Bay buyer/seller, i won't be much longer. E bay not user friendly anymore. Looking for new alternatives.

I agree that Managed Payments is absolutely awful, for the main reason that payments are not deposited into my account right away like they were in Paypal.  It's pretty incredulous that some payments take 4+ days to get deposited into sellers' bank accounts. I even opened up a new bank account to be able to keep track of my EBay money with Managed Payments, which just annoying - I loved using my Paypal account for my Ebay sales. If you're going to replace one platform for another, that platform should function the same or better.

I can understand a day wait, but almost every other payment system is pretty much instant (look at Paypal, Cash APP, Zelle, etc), so Ebay has no excuse for making sellers wait for their money.

You will not get INSTANT payments from any other platform. They all use the same type of payment system. So, create your own website and choose PP as your only method of payment. PP is the only payment processor that fronts money before it is processed.
