setting up managed payments, what to do with Credit card on file & possible double billing question

gotta get  MP done  soon,  skiddish &  trying to dodge bullets.  lol

Long story short.

I've  some sales going on now that could "possibly" be doubled billed to me on my c.card

(on file here  FOREVER  for ebay  invoices ).

 Wondering  this;

after soon signing in to the   the new managed pay systems that will come  out of my checking account ...

Do I need to "uncheck" payment options here in my ebay acct.  ( IE again,, my credit card )  BEFORE signing up  in Managed payments ?

Or.... should I assume ebay will not double bill me per my c. card AND my  newly acquired checking acct.?

Possibly  a dumb question but   never wise to assume, hence my reason for asking.

Thanks!

I would not worry about it.  They will only bill the account you have chosen to use to pay the bill. Been in this system now for over 2 years and it works like a charm, No problems.

This can be something really difficult to find the truth on many of the accusations thrown at MP from time to time.  Many are found to be a seller that just didn't understand the process or where to look for the information.  Not that Ebay was actually double billing.  But few of these posters ever come back to say they were wrong in their accusations and simply misunderstood.

If you have concerns, ask.  There are some of us here that would be happy to share the facts with you.  There are some good things about MP and there are some things about MP that I personally don't like.  To me it is a mixed bag but I've adjusted just fine.
