scammers

I would like to inform you about scammers in Ukraine who are implementing schemes to sell goods under your brand and a fake store. They ask you to buy a product, after which they promise to give you more money (interest) for that amount. They wait for the person to make a mistake somewhere and then force you to pay more and more if you want your money back. The reason is that the eBay system needs this to correct the purchase error. It turns out to be a financial pyramid. Money is sent and transferred from personal accounts. When asked to return the money, they reply that the system requires closing increasingly expensive purchase transactions. They create chats in TELEGRAM and fake people and accounts.

They use eBay as a front person to scam people out of money.

That isn't even an ebay link and nobody will or should click said link.

More importantly though,  if somebody stole a $1 from me and said I had to pay $2 to get my $1 back well thats just bad business but maybe it's that new math I don't understand 🤷‍♀️.

As stated above, that is not an eBay website. Even if it says "eBay" it is a spoof site. And if you purchased something there eBay can't help you.

If you didn't  buy it on eBay you're not covered. eBay never charges the buyer to get a refund. You only pay the amount in the listing.

SCAMMERS list items outside of eBay and promise eBay is handling the transaction.  Gullible buyers believe it and send money to the scammer. When the scammer sees how easy they were able to trick you they come up with more reasons to get you to fork over more money.

Sorry you were scammed.

Dawg, you’re talking about your self 🤣. You joined eBay today and you’re from Ukraine.

This sounds like an order-grabbing scam.

They are everywhere these days, it seems. They target people who are desperate for online work, or sometimes they target people who are trying to get a refund after they were defrauded, and scamming them out of even more money.
