I got scammed. I appealed a return case after the buyer made three separate return requests without a reason for return and shipped me an empty envelope. They kept my book I sold, and eBay refunded them the $93 out of my account and closed the case. I sent pictures for proof of what I received, and it has been two weeks and still no response from eBay. Does anyone know anything else I could do to get my money back, I used to average around two sales per day, and I have only had two sales in the past two weeks. My interactions and views on listings have plummeted this last month.

 Ebay does not look at pictures or videos of what was sent or received, they can be doctored.

So how do I get reimbursed from the buyer keeping my item? I have reported the buyer multiple times, and nothing has happened. EBay already paid them $93 out of my account and they kept the item, and nothing has happened.
