how do you contact EBAY to tell them...the refund they awarded you can't be sent back to the card that you purchased Item with, it was lost and replaced???

You can't, the refund has to be sent back to the original funding source.
You need to contact the card company and let them know a refund will be going to the old card.

you're on point... found out if card was replaced for any reason, it stays with that account as long as you don't close it... you lead me to the answer...THANX!!!

As long as it's the same account, but different card, the refund should go back to the account.
