refund pending question

I bought an item and it turned out the seller then claimed it was faulty and refunded me the payment.  I received  an email from eBay saying that eBay Commerce Inc has refunded from your purchase on ....blah blah..it may take a few days to appear on your statement.  Ok. three days now and nothing.  The bank can't help me as they are only the receiving bank. Is there somewhere in that maze eBay calls a website where I can view amounts pending or I funds I am waiting on?

Look in MY EBAY under PURCHASES.  Look at the transaction.  Do you see the word REFUNDED?   Do you see a total?  Give it a few more days for processing.   The seller can't speed this up.  Once they click refund,  Ebay handles the refund.  Ebay holds sellers' money on weekends and holidays, perhaps they also like to hold buyers' money for a few days....
