Did you mean:

"Sorry, we are unable to connect to your bank at this time. Please try again later." HELP!!!

I get this message soon as I select the bank I have (it's Chime).

When I tell people there's a glitch in the system for them to not let me allow to add a bank whether it's Chime or something else, people would say "tHeRe'S nO gLiTcH. jUsT tRy ThEsE linKs".

The links won't help people!!! I've even tried adding my personal credit union in which I said I would never do but I still did it to test what was the core issue and even eBay wouldn't accept my personal credit union account or Bluebird. I keep getting the same error messages over and over.

Could this possibly be linked to people having trouble receiving payouts in their account in a timely manner as well?

Also does anybody have experience with linking Regions bank to managed payments and if so, how was it like?

I had the same issue with Chime. For some reason it would not get accepted. I opened a Capital One 360 checking account and eBay accepted that. It’s free and you don’t need an initial deposit. What also nice is you can use Zelle with this account. Chime doesn’t

Chime works great once it is setup.  I have been using it with absolutely no problems.  I previously had a "Normal" bank that takes 1-3 days to process payments from eBay. Chime credits me the eBay payments same day as made.

The problem is getting your account setup.  I kept getting the message from eBay to try again later.  I tried 3 times a day for a couple weeks.  To my surprise, one day the setup worked.  My previous bank settings staid active until the new changes were finally accepted. This problem with setting up accounts has been happening for a long time without eBay resolution.
