"Please provide valid account number"

Long story short I opened a new bank account to try to get paid (haven't had luck for over a month with the old one), I register this new account but I get stuck at this step, for some odd reason Ebay asks me to write down my full account number, the old one, to verify that is me who is changing accounts, I write the full account and Ebay rejects it! "Please provide valid account number" is the message, IT IS A VALID BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER Ebay!, why is this system so broken? I'm losing my mind over all this ordeal, I'm struggling but keeping my head up, keep fighting. Anyone know a solution to this new hurdle? Thanks.

i highly recommend calling the regular seller help line.  They fixed mine the other day and are working on my son's today because the MP Help line is off - I guess for New Years.  Go Figure.  ebay is 24/7 so I think someone should always be there regardless. But they aren't so try the regular line

What would be that regular seller help line you are talking about? All I see i=on this board is people unable to talk to a human, do you happen to know the phone number? Thanks for the reply.
