I don't remember entering my SS or date of birth. I don't have any payment method either, I only have one item sold which was returned. Will my credit score be hurt?

If you are not going to pay your debt (if it is legitimate) then I hope it does.....

Your account might get cancel...plus adding a new account(s) might get cancel. eBay keeps track for years of unpaid debt.

If you sold an item and didn't issue the refund or pay for the return label, your credit will suffer. (Your ebay account will also suffer!)
When you sold that one item, did ebay send you a payout? If so, you did enter your SS# and banking info.

When eBay sends a collection agency after you then yes it will probably ding your credit.
Why go through the hassle, pay your bill.

If you don't pay what you owe, yes, it'll hurt your credit score.
They will get their money one way or another.

No payout. Like i said, I dont have anything submitted other than my email, address, etc. I assumed returns are paid for. What if hypothetically I was a minor?

Is this a trick question...
hypothetically?
You agreed to the terms and conditions under false pretense....and you are trying to skip out on a debt?

Minors are not permitted to use this site without their parents' supervision. Terms of service agreed to when signing up confirms you are 18 years of age or older. Either way, it does not change the fact that you owe the money and eBay can send it to a debt collector if you don't pay.
The party that pays for the return label depends on the reason for the return and the seller's return policy. In this situation, you are responsible for the return label. Are you really going to risk this being sent to collections over $27?
