"Item subtotal" > "Order total" in Manage all orders

When I go to Manage all orders, and pulled out all last year's order, it shows "Item subtotal" > "Order total". Roughly by 10%.

Anyone has idea why is that? Is it a return/cancel thing? Normally, "Item subtotal" should be less than "Order total".

btw, there is no way to pull 2021 sales in Manage all orders, any idea where to go?

I am gonna order things tyat are like 231 dollars or more and my subtotal says its 0 dollars that im paying does anyone know why and is this a scam
