question about managed payments

I already signed up on this since last month, 

But since yesterday, every time I want to edit a listing it asks to give them the bank account again... is this a glitch?

what is happening?

Welcome to Managed Payments. Evidently, you didn't give them everything they needed when you signed up. Good luck finding out what else they want and getting this straightened out any time soon.   About all you can do is go to the bottom the Managed Payments help page and ask for a call back.
