If your order was canceled there will be nothing to escalate. 
Find a seller willing to do business with you.

Did the seller ship to your location? That may be one reason why they cancelled.

If it's a cancellation, there's no 'escalating' that with eBay. eBay has no way of forcing a seller to ship to you. Sorry...

You've been a previous seller on here so you are obviously aware eBay cannot force someone to sell you an item. There is nothing to escalate as you aren't out anything. Best of luck to you....

When the seller cancels your payment is returned if you paid. It can take a few days  to a whole  billing period to show up as a credit on your credit card statement.
