print return shipping label problem

I bought something and it didn't turn on.  I sent the seller the information and got a message telling me that the seller has authorized a return and the an opportunity to print a packing slip and a paid return label.  It printed the packing slip but not the return label.  I have tried several times to print it and failed. I have also noticed that there seems to be problems with ebay in the printing of these labels. 

I have tried to find where I can call ebay but that is, I guess, no longer possible.  I then spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to talk to ebay but that too is a problem.

Anybody have any answers on this one?  I REALLY don't want to pay the return shipping !

What exactly is happening when you try to print it? What format is the label in? Did it come as an attachment to an email or is it stored on the website?
