I sold an item totaling 50.94. The eBay fees were 9.21, leaving a net amount due to me of 41.73. However, the managed payout transferred to me was 38.36. Can anyone help me understand the difference between the net amount and the payout?

Comparison of old selling fees and new managed payment fees?
The common old fee when paypal was involved was 12.9% + $.30 and the new fee is 12.35% + $.30 correct?
