Hi , Iam from India and Placed an order from Ebay ,USA,. The payment for failed and got the message ''please check your payment details or use a different payment option''.
But the Payment got debited from my account. No confirmation for the failed payment either on email nor on SMS. The Item is also not showing in the cart.
Could someone pls brief on the action to be taken.
