YET YOU DIDN'T READ THE ANSWER?  I'm positive you got the answer you're looking for, but for some reason you must think posting here helps you to sell, even if the question has already been asked numerous times.

Payoneer's reputation doesn't  matter.  Fair about what? Worthy how?

Payoneer is a payment processor not a payment method on eBay. You have no choice but to use them for payouts so it doesn't  matter if they're fair or worthy.
