I was wondering. Years ago, Ebay banned the use of PayPal for sellers to use. Is that still in effect?

Yes. Selling on eBay now requires a bank account for eBay's payment processor, Ayden, to send your payouts to.

Buyers can pay with PayPal. Sellers receive payouts through their checking account.
