I know that payment to the seller would depend on what the buyer used for payment. For examples (just guess examples from when I had a website that used a credit card processor)
Paypal being used by buyer
If from PP balance: 1 day
If from PP drawn from checking account: 2 days
If from PP drawn from Credit Card: 3 days
If using Visa/Mastercard: 2 days
If using Discover: 3 days
If using Amer Express: 3 days
Regarding 'putting which sales you are getting paid' I know you can figure it out by clicking 'view' from the Payouts Tab and 'All Transactions' on the left'; but you'd have to do the math.

The payouts come from your recent transactions you can find it there.
Go to SELLER HUB
click PAYMENTS
Look for the LAST PAYOUT click SEE DETAILS. It will show you labels you purchased and the orders associated with the payout.
Click around your Seller Hub to see what info is available to you there. Nothing is hidden it's all there in front of you.
As for having a store I would'nt have one if I only had 200 or so items listed..but that's just my opinion.

I have an Iphone with the eBay app on it. It breaks everything down so much better. I don't know if you have one. It is a little confusing on the PC compared to the Iphone if you have one. Having the basic store is totally worth it. You can always redo your items listed from buy it now to auction back and forth and change stuff in each listing if the listing doesn't sell.

o.k. this is what im saying it does not make since or there is a mistake, i did exactly as you said and it was for the item i thought it should be, but the total sale was $66 plus $9.16 fees = $73.85, net order proceeds $64.69, my payout was $41.60,,,,, so go figure???????

You sold 2 things on July 2nd ($55 & $33 roughly not including tax) and 3 things on July 1st ($8, $13 & $73)
Which item are you saying is $66 (and what fees, shipping?? or Taxes?? or both?)

Before that payout, were you in the negative, perhaps?

Your buyer paid 66.00 plus 7.95 shipping = 73.95 plus tax what ever it was making the TOTAL amount the buyer paid.
You were charged fees based on the TOTAL (Price of item +shipping + tax) amount the buyer paid
Your fees 12.9 % Plus a 30 cent transaction fee. Since I don't know where you buyer is located, I can't know what their tax was.
eBay does not give you the sales tax the buyer pays , this money goes to the buyer's state. So that is probably where you get confused.
