My account, which I made with Selin, has been put on hold all of a sudden. Why is that? I have not been informed about this. Why is this happening and how can I restore it to its original state? If there is any document for this, please inform me as soon as possible and I will provide it

Selling plants to the USA is not allowed.

It was told to you in the ebay policies so you are expected to know this.

You listed the items incorrectly to get around this.

It appears you've made 2 mistakes.

Mistake 1 dropshipping from China. Must be a wholesaler to which you have a contract with.

Mistake 2 dropshipping seeds/plants and exporting them into the US. See Seeds and plants policy

Sorry but I don't see eBay restoring anything to its "original state" any time soon.

you can't sell foreign root stock into America because it could end up being devasting to our country because of the potential of pathogens or insects among other reasons. this isn't an ebay thing this is a United States government thing.
