payout schedule difficulty

I guess I signed up for the "available funds" thing because I thought I had to. I want to go back to being paid asap for my sales. Keeps telling me to go to Payments, then select Payout Settings but that doesn't seem to exist anywhere. Tried on Chrome and Safari just in case it had something to do with it. Anyone know how to change the schedule if that link doesn't exist?  Thanks for any help, ebay has a habit of adding and changing things that annoy customers.

Thanks, I think I changed it, back to where it the way I had it and wanted it.

I am hooked up to  "available funds" meaning I can get them the next day late evening any day including holidays.

You need to set your funds to "Tuesdays"....and not every day. Go into "Payout schedule" in payout preference. and do weekly...."Tuesdays".
