@dineth_store, when you are asked to register for eBay managed payments, you will need to provide a Payoneer account for the payments to be deposited into. Based on other seller's experience, eBay has started to have sellers in Sri Lanka register for managed payments, but after registration you have to wait a few weeks to months before they will activate your account. Until then, payment processing will continue as it is now.
I don't believe you will be able to pay for eBay purchases from your Payoneer account. It isn't one of the available payment methods so far, and Payoneer only has limited ways to access the funds in your account: withdrawal to a local bank account, or for paying VAT, suppliers/contractors or other Payoneer accounts.
@tdumonde2014, whether or not Payoneer is available depends on where the seller is located, not which eBay site they sell on.
@rebell45, several sellers in Sri Lanka have reported that they have been able to register for managed payments with a Payoneer account, and are waiting for their accounts to be activated. So they don't need to move anywhere.

Correct me if I'm wrong but as it stands right now the OP cannot use Payoneer to buy or sell on ebay.com.

Since OP is in Sri Lanka, that is correct, for the moment. eBay has started to register Sri Lankan sellers for managed payments. Once they have registered, they will have to wait until their account is activated to receive payments from MP in their Payoneer account.
Other sellers in Sri Lanka or other countries, may have already been activated, and they will be able to receive payments to their Payoneer account, even when they sell on eBay.com. I doubt that they will be able to use it to buy on eBay.

According to eBay, this is not correct. This is what eBay is telling sellers in the countries where Payoneer is going to be used:

@lacemaker3 Have you heard of any actually getting activated? I haven't, and have seen nothing on the web about eBay or Adyen accepting Payoneer for payments in Sri Lanka.

There are some youtube videos in Sinhala (Sri Lankan language) with English titles on the video that show how to register for managed payments. They actually show registering on eBay for MP with a Payoneer account. And this is confirmed by Sri Lankan sellers, that some of them have already been invited and registered. Ever since MP started, it has always taken anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months after registration, before the seller's account was activated. There may not have been enough time since registration started for Sri Lankan sellers yet.
And there are some press releases and blog posts on ebayinc.com about onboarding global sellers. I have posted the links before. That process only started recently, beginning of this month (June) I believe. There's an aggressive timeline, by next month, but they don't give precise details or define exactly what they are planning, and they don't state when they plan for all the sellers to be up and running and receiving payments. As always with managed payments for the last 3 years, they are playing this very close to the vest. It's a pig in a poke.
It doesn't make sense that eBay would register sellers for MP with Payoneer, and then not activate their accounts.
I have also posted the link to the export.ebay.com page on managed payments many times, which clearly says that they will be managed payments and depositing seller's funds into their Payoneer accounts for sellers in the affected countries. According to that page, eBay WILL be managed payments using a Payoneer account for those countries. That's on the web.
They don't mention Adyen, so I have no idea if Adyen will be working with Payoneer or not. According to some sellers in Europe, their payments are being managed by a company called "Trustly", and I have no idea if they are associated with Adyen or not. To me, it doesn't matter if it's Adyen, or Trustly, or some other company, so I haven't wasted time on that.

I have an update to my earlier response to this.
I can't remember if I checked seller's accounts when I replied 2 days ago or not, but I just did that, and I found a seller from Sri Lanka who is now in Managed Payments.
I don't think it's appropriate to post the seller's ID, but they had posted here in the boards in mid-June, and at that time they said they had registered for MP, and provided a Payoneer account for their payments to be deposited, and at that time were waiting to be activated. Today, 6-22-2021, I noticed that their listings are now activated for Managed Payments (meaning that they show Google Pay as a payment option for buyers).
The Sri Lankan government prevented PayPal from allowing people there to receive payments, becuase PayPal could not meet their requirements. If Payoneer has not been prevented from doing this, that suggests that Payoneer has been able to meet the Sri Lankan requirements, so it is legal for people from Sri Lanka to sell on eBay and receive payments through managed payments.

Dear sir,
Can you release my money as soon as possible due to I want to continue my business with you and I want to increase my selling experience with serving you?
Thank you!

I see that you are a seller in Sri Lanka, and that you have signed up for managed payments, so I assume that you must have provided a Payoneer account for them to deposit your payments into.
The responders here don't work for eBay, and I don't know of anyone who is using Payoneer with managed payments, so we can't advise you on how long it will take for your money to be deposited.
You can find more information about managed payments on this link, and this is what eBay says about payouts:

Once you're invited to sign up for Managed Payments, you can link your Payoneer account, but until then, you can't sell here.

Sure sir,
After money is available, then will it be transfer to my personal bank account or Payoneer account?
