why payoneer global payment verification is get too long time to verified?

Possibly because the Sri Lankan banking system and economy is in chaos and Payoneer is trying to ride the waves?

Every Payment Processor has a process they go through to verify applicants.  I suggest you contact them directly and ask about your account.

Do you have a Payoneer account or not?

Payoneer lets you know right away when you're successfully linked. Asap. If you're waiting on Payoneer then there is something wrong.

What type of account are you trying to link? This is a very important question. You can sell on a personal or a business eBay account, however you must link an Individual Payoneer account to a personal eBay account, and a Company Payoneer account to a business eBay account.

After you sucessfully link your Payoneer account it takes eBay 2-4 weeks to verify your business license, phone number, etc. before you get the email from eBay saying you're all set. It doesn't normally take that long but  when there's a backlog of people from Sri Lanka (there is) suddenly wanting to join eBay it slows the activation time.

I feel like half the time I spend trying to help OPs is wasted .
