i have an issue in my ebay i stry to listing  but my payoneer is still on pending and under review tell me why 

help me solve my problem

You just joined 3 days ago and after successfully linking a Payoneer account to eBay it takes 2-4 weeks for your selling account to be approved. You'll get an email from eBay when you're all set.

It'll take a few weeks to get everything set up.

Ebay will send you an email when your account is ready to start listing.

Whats the issue?

His main issue is he has replied to the wrong person if he is having a verification issue because @tabudesigner  is also havig a problem listing and wants to know is there anyone that can solve it.  

Both of them should make their own post.
