New or infrequent sellers they usually have a 30-day hold before releasing payments.

Have you signed up for managed payments so that the payment goes to your checking account?

If the buyer has paid, you can print a label through ebay and use your pending funds to pay for the label.

It's been awhile since you sold anything, so they treat you as a new seller.

They might hold the funds for 30 days.
