I can't pay by using my debit card...it says something went wrong when i try to pay...can someone give an answer to this..plz..i really need to buy a gift for my friend before her bithday...

Your bank is blocking the payment.

Call them.

Your debit card is blocked for online payments, Call the bank and tell them to set up my debit card so that I can pay online.

What if her card is blocked because your government says at times some banks in Sri Lanka will be limiting foreign transactions?  That's what your government's website site has reported. Sri Lanka is running out of foreign reserves. Down to less than 25 million and they need over 6 billion to run the country over the next 6 months.

Can be below issue

• Your card has been blocked from online payments, Pls check with bank.
• Pls check seller accept paying method. May be Seller accept only PayPal.

If not pls contact eBay support

NO, sellers cannot  only accept PayPal.
