The item was Delivered 3/05/2022I still have not been payment from Ebay.

The funds were supposed to be released when tracking shows delivered, or in 21 days if there's no tracking.
Then it takes a few days to clear into your checking account.

New sellers have a 21 day hold on any payouts to insure that the transaction was successful for both buyer and seller.
