I am in singapore trying to buy a product listed in the US ebay. The seller accepts international shipping and singapore is listed as one of the destinations. However, i have issues with payment. I have tried google pay, credit card and debit card but the billing address does not match even after i have checked and tried multiple times.

Get one of your billing statements and double check that the billing address details match up exactly.

i have matched it word for word still not working.

Contact your bank and make sure International payments is enabled

Match up dot to dot, space to space as well...capitalizations must match exactly.   

And. make sure you are using the billing statement with the correct bank card.   You mentioned you had more than one payment method.

If that still fails, yes, contact the card issuer, or bank as fab mentioned above.
