Re: payment

Go to Seller Hub and check Orders and Orders Awaiting Shipping. If the Order is Awaiting Shipping, you are good to ship.

If the the order is in Orders Awaiting Payment, then the item has not been paid for.

Re: payment

The item will appear under Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment. Good luck.

Re: payment

eBay will notify you

Make sure it comes through eBay site to you FROM eBay

Don't text anyone or go offsite because someone said so

You should see payment information in Seller Hub, such as waiting for payment or amount paid.

Re: payment

@ajloft92587

You're a new seller and you sold an $800 iphone.  Hopefully you did not take it off the eBay platform and allowed them to access your paypal account, thus sending you a fake invoice.  Did they ask you to text them? Accept payments ONLY thru eBay payment method.  You should have received a notice in your eBay seller hub stating you need to ship.  Note that eBay will hold your funds for up to 30 days to back the Money back Guarantee.  The fact that you don't accept returns makes this whole transaction questionable.  Sure hope you didn't ship yet.  Just sayin....

If you actually get paid for this, do think twice about sending it to a buyer that is using a freight forwarder (Typically, in Delaware, Miami/Dade, Oregon).   Newbie seller + eBay + IPhone + Freight Forwarder = transactions that rarely end well for the seller.

Re: payment

Do you realize that anyone can "reverse payment" AFTER they receive your item?   Scammers target new Sellers or anyone selling "high value items" (especially electronics).   EBAY will NOT protect you if you get scammed.

Re: payment

**bleep** there are too many ways to get scammed selling stuff this way.

I've shipped it now because Ebay has the money now, so I hope I'm ok
