i tried to make payments for orders but the payments were deductued from my debit card and credited immediatly..there is an error message everytime when im going to make a payment...what should i do?

It's your bank in Sri Lanka that is blocking the payments, contact them.

i contacted the bank because this problem continued and they said that there is no issue with the card

What's your bank name? Did you use that card to purchase any other things in USD?
