What type of eBay account do you have? You can sell on either type of eBay account, personal or business, however the Payoneer account has to match. You link an Individual Payoneer account if have a personal eBay account. You link a Company Payoneer account if your eBay account is a business account.
Payoneer lets you know right away when you're successfully linked. Then you have to wait on an email from eBay saying you're all set to sell. That will take 2-4 weeks after you're linked.
