Payment holds

I am not a new seller, yet every time one of my items is sold, the payout date becomes further and further away. For example, I sold something yesterday and the payout was Dec 21. Sold something today and now the payout for  is Dec 31, including for the item I sold yesterday that WAS Dec 21. This is unacceptable ...but what do I do?

It's normally takes  2-3 days before you get a payout, however because you're  new your payment could be held for 14-30 days.  There's nothing you can do but wait for your payout.

Forgot to add that you are a new seller because you have zero feedback for selling.

Sell more and get established.   This account is new, so it is treated as a new seller with the new seller limits.

  • New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best-selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes it may be longer.

Make ebay more money (aka don't be a new or infrequent seller) and they'll stop holding your money hostage as much
